Payment Terms and Conditions
1. Acknowledgement and acceptance of the Conditions
The booking of a holiday or services offered by Tailormade Andalucía implies the explicit acknowledgement and acceptance of the present General Conditions as well as the Special Terms and Conditions specific to each holiday. The latter will always prevail.
2. Making the holiday reservation
2.1. The steps to follow
Before making any reservation, Tailormade Andalucía will send you a copy of your most up-to-date Holiday Itinerary by email, a Pro Forma Invoice and a copy of the Terms and Conditions specific to your holiday.
2.2 Payment of the deposit
When the Client makes payment of the deposit on the Online Payment Platform on the Tailormade Andalucía website, the reservation is confirmed.
2.3. Binding agreement documentation
Once the payment of the deposit has been made, Tailormade Andalucia will send a payment confirmation receipt to the Client by email. If the Client does not receive this confirmation receipt, we advise contacting us by telephone on the Customer Service number.
3. Information authenticity and privacy policy
The Client declares that all the information provided is correct and truthful. The information provided by the Client will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
4. Communication and sharing of information with third parties.
Tailormade Andalucia may share your personal information with third party suppliers with whom we reserve services for you (hotels, guided services, etc.). The Client accepts this sharing of information and authorises Tailormade Andalucia – to communicate this information which will be used by the third-party supplier for the specific and sole purpose of providing a high level of service to the Client. In cases when the person who shares personal client information with us is not actually the end user of the services acquired, this person expressly agrees to obtain the permission from the end user clients for the sharing of their personal information with suppliers. This permission must be granted before sharing their information with Tailormade Andalucia.
5. Cancelation of reservations
The Client, or any named member of the party, may cancel the travel arrangements at any time prior to departure. Written notification must be received by email from the ‘lead name’ of the booking at info@tailormadeandalucia.com. Since we incur costs in cancelling your travel arrangements, you will be required to pay the applicable cancellation charges, including administration fees, and if applicable a penalty fee. The quantity of these charges varies depending on the timing of the communication of said cancelation in relation to the reservation and travel date and the Terms & Conditions agreed during the booking process.
The client maintains the right to modify and/or cancel the reservation, both remaining subject to the particular Terms & Conditions specific to each booking.
The operations of Tailormade Andalucia involve administration costs and personnel who are necessary to process the bookings of our clients. These costs must be settled upon modifying or cancelling your reservation.
Tailormade Andalucia reserves the right to cancel your holiday up to 72 hours after payment of the deposit is made.
6. Refunds
The services and activities for the trip are sub-contracted with a number of different suppliers and service providers and so the refund policy will be governed by the Conditions agreed in each specific case. At the moment of reservation of any service, the suppliers will inform us of the policy of the total or partial refund and if applicable, the required warning period prior to the service date for this, in the event of a cancellation by the Client. The suppliers, within the limits of their obligations, will be responsible for, with regard to the Client, the fulfilment of the obligations derived from the current legislation and the terms and conditions of sale of each of the products or bespoke package holidays that are arranged, without Tailormade Andalucia assuming the liability nor responsibility for the products or services that are not directly provided by Tailormade Andalucia.
7. Payment protection
Payment for purchases on tailormadeandalucia.com are completed through Redsys (official payment gateway of BBVA) using all the systems of encryption and information transfer security via SSL (secure socket layer) protocol with which the purchaser will benefit from throughout this payment process.
Condiciones Generales
1. Conocimiento y aceptación expresa de las condiciones
La contratación de un viaje ofrecido por Tailormade Andalucia implica el conocimiento y aceptación expresa de las presentes Condiciones Generales e implica la aceptación explícita de los Términos y Condiciones Especiales de cada viaje, prevalecerán éstos últimos.
2. Realización de la reserva
2.1. Pasos a seguir
Antes de realizar su reserva, Tailormade Andalucia le mandará por email una copia de la propuesta de su viaje más actualizada, una proforma y una copia de las condiciones particulares de su viaje.
2.2 Pago del depósito
Cuando el usuario efectúa el pago de su depósito a través de la plataforma de pago de la página web de Tailormade Andalucia, la reserva quedará confirmada.
2.3. Documento que formaliza el contrato
Una vez realizado el pago del depósito, Tailormade Andalucia enviará un recibo de confirmación de servicios al cliente por medio de correo electrónico. En caso de que el cliente no reciba su bono de confirmación de servicios se aconseja que el cliente contacte con nosotros mediante llamada al teléfono de atención al cliente.
3. Autenticidad datos y política de privacidad
El cliente declara que toda la información inscrita es veraz. Los datos facilitados por el cliente serán tratados de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en nuestra política de privacidad.
4. Comunicación y cesión de datos a terceros
Tailormade Andalucia compartirá sus datos de carácter personal con el proveedor de servicios que el cliente reserva (hoteles, servicios, etc). El usuario acepta esta cesión de datos y autoriza de forma expresa a Tailormade Andalucia – para que pueda proceder a la comunicación de los datos personales del cliente que serán utilizados por el proveedor de servicios con la estricta y única finalidad del buen desarrollo de la prestación contratada. En aquellos casos en que no sea el usuario que efectúa la reserva quien deba disfrutar y beneficiarse de los servicios contratados, el usuario se compromete de forma expresa a obtener el consentimiento para la cesión de sus datos de aquellas terceras personas que deban beneficiarse de la misma, todo ello antes de comunicar sus datos a Tailormade Andalucia
5. Cancelación de pedidos
Toda cancelación deberá ser formalmente comunicada, mediante correo electrónico a info@tailormadeandalucia.com. Los costes de esta cancelación corren a cargo del comprador, e incluyen los gastos de gestión, los de anulación, si los hubiere, y una penalización. Su cuantía varía en función del plazo con el que se comunica dicha cancelación y de las condiciones acordadas durante la reserva.
El cliente tendrá derecho a modificar y/o cancelar su reserva quedando sujetas ambas facultades a lo dispuesto en las Condiciones Particulares de cada oferta.
La operativa de Tailormade Andalucia conlleva unos gastos de gestión administrativa, y personal que son necesarios para tramitar las reservas de nuestros clientes. Estos gastos deberán abonarse a la hora de modificar o cancelar su reserva.
Tailormade Andalucia se reserva el derecho de cancelación de su viaje hasta 72 horas después del pago.
6. Devolución y Reembolso
Los viajes y actividades son contratados con diferentes proveedores y mayoristas de servicios por lo que las condiciones de devolución se regirán por las condiciones de viaje combinado suscrito en cada caso. En el momento de la contratación del servicio se indicarán los plazos, si corresponde, de la devolución total o parcial del importe pagado en caso de cancelación anticipada por parte del cliente. Los proveedores, dentro del ámbito de sus obligaciones, serán responsables frente al Usuario del cumplimiento de las obligaciones derivadas de la normativa en vigor y de los términos y condiciones de venta de cada uno de los productos y viajes combinados que se contraten, sin que ‘la agencia’ asuma obligación ni responsabilidad alguna respecto de aquellos productos o servicios que no preste directamente.
7. Seguridad Protección a compradores
Los pagos de las compras en tailormadeandalucia.com se hacen a través de Redsys (Canal oficial de pago de BBVA) con todos los sistemas de encriptación y seguridad de transferencia de datos a través del protocolo SSL, por lo que el comprador gozará en todo momento con la protección de estos canales.
