Venta La Duquesa
High quality local gastronomy and an ample and reasonably priced selection of wines
Venta La Duquesa is situated just outside Medina on the road to Vejer. It is very well renowned in the area and offers some superb local cuisine with very hearty helpings! We believe that the Carrillada (sounds more apetizing in Spanish!), meatballs, beef dishes and some of the game meats are top knotch. Wash it down with a nice red from the wine list. Be prepared to enjoy a lethargic afternoon after eating and most probably a siesta!
