Excursion Overview:
The Spanish fighting bull is possibly the most symbolic creature representing the Iberian Peninsula. When Spanish knights looked to prove their strength and bravery to onlookers, the one beast that always fought back when provoked was and is the Spanish bravo bull. This excursion takes you in to the Spanish bull's natural habitat. You can watch them co-exist, see them at various stages of their growth into mature toros and benefit from the explanations and insights of a bull expert. Our tour takes you to a bull farm slightly inland from Cádiz. Here you can choose between visiting the farm in 4x4 vehicles or in a large open-top wagon. If we are lucky we can watch one of the farm boys "torear" with a young bull, watch the horseman driving the herd, or see up close the "amicable disagreements" between macho bulls!
