Tailormade Andalucia Terms & Conditions
The following standard Terms & Conditions apply to all clients (hereinafter referred to as “you” or “your”) who book with Tailormade Andalucía S.L. (hereafter referred to as “we”, “us” or “our”).
1) Bookings
Once you have selected the arrangements and activities for your holiday, please fill out and send our website “booking form”, remembering to advise us of any special conditions or requirements you may have (e.g. health issues etc). Provided the holiday arrangements/activities selected are available on the dates requested, we will confirm this by email and request the relevant deposit (see 2 below). Until receipt by us of the relevant deposit, we cannot guarantee the arrangement/activities requested. On receipt of the relevant deposit (or in the case of a booking made less than six weeks in advance, upon receipt of full payment of the holiday), we will send you by email a Booking Confirmation at which time a binding contract shall come into effect between you and us. Until then, we shall not be liable to you in any way.
2) Deposit and Balance of Payment
A deposit of 30% of the total holiday price is required for holidays booked more than six weeks in advance. The balance of the total price of your holiday must be paid no later than six weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday.
In the case of bookings made less than six weeks prior to the holiday commencement date, the total cost of the holiday shall be payable in one instalment.
If the balance of the holiday price is not paid on time, we reserve the right to cancel your holiday and apply the cancellation charges outlined in paragraph 8 below.
3) Prices
Prices quoted cannot be guaranteed until we have received the relevant deposit.
All prices quoted are inclusive of our handling fees and IVA.
4) Payment Methods
You can pay for your holiday using the following payment methods:
- By emailing or if you prefer, telephoning us to give your credit card* details
- By bank transfer in euros to our Spanish account.
Please note that the cleared funds to us must represent the total cost of your holiday. Any bank charges are your sole responsibility.
*We do not accept American Express
5) Prices quoted include:
- All visits and entrance fees as specified in the itinerary;
- All materials and tuition within the selected activity(s);
- Car hire or complimentary transport as specified in the itinerary;
- Accommodation as specified in the itinerary.*
- All local taxes
- Tailormade Andalucía’s fee and, if specified in the itinerary, the time and attention of Tailormade Andalucía guides
* Accommodation is based on two people sharing a double room, unless you have requested single occupancy.
6) Prices do not include:
- Flights or other travel arrangements to and from Spain;
- Travel insurance;
- Any food, beverages or meals except those specified in the itinerary;
- All personal expenditure such as transport, food, beverage and entrance fees not included in the itinerary
- Any additional activities you may wish organised which have not been included in your itinerary
All prices quoted are in euros and per person, unless otherwise stated.
7) If you alter your booking:
If you wish to alter your booking in any way (e.g. dates, accommodation, activities, etc.) we will use all reasonable endeavours to accommodate the changes requested. We will calculate the total cost of the revised itinerary, which will include an amendment fee of between 25 and 50 euros per change, depending on the time involved in altering your itinerary.
If you change your holiday in any way once it has commenced, we accept no liability for any loss, damage or additional expense and we cannot guarantee a refund of any costs already paid by you.
8) If you cancel your booking:
Any cancellation must be notified to us in writing or by email and will only be effective on receipt of such written notification. The following cancellation charges apply:
More than 42 days before commencement We will refund any deposit paid, less bank transfer charges, any non-refundable amounts paid for accommodation or activities and an administration fee.
42 to 21 days before Deposit only (30%)

9) If we alter your booking:
In the unlikely event that we have to alter any part of the confirmed itinerary before holiday commencement we will notify you as soon as is reasonably possible. If you are not happy with our suggested alterations you may cancel that part of your booking, receiving a full refund for that particular part of your holiday.
10) If we cancel your booking:
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your holiday, we shall use all reasonable endeavours to offer a similar alternative of the same value. If this is not acceptable, we will refund 100% of the price paid to us, which shall constitute full and final settlement.
11) Insurance and Health:
All clients of Tailormade Andalucía must have travel insurance that covers personal accident, trip cancellation, emergency repatriation and health and medical cover. No liability will be accepted by us for any clients travelling without adequate travel insurance. For members of the European Union you can apply for a European Health Insurance Card (replacing the E111) in order to legally claim free national health services whilst travelling in Spain.
12) Liability:
We aim to ensure that the holidays and itineraries on offer are arranged to the highest standards. We accept responsibility for the organisational aspects of your holiday as included in the Booking Confirmation/Itinerary.
While we vet and continuously monitor those services and activities which form part of your Booking Confirmation/Itinerary provided by third parties, we are not liable and cannot be held responsible for the actions of organisers of activities, providers of transport or any other supplier contracted in your holiday. We are not liable for events outside of our control or if there has been no default or negligence by us.
13) Force Majeure:
We cannot be held responsible for any losses arising due to alterations or changes to arrangements as a result of events of “force majeure”. “Force majeure” means any event which could not have reasonably been foreseen, or the consequences have reasonably been avoided by us or by our service suppliers (e.g. - war, threat of war, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural disaster, flood, fire or adverse weather conditions).
All advice given on matters outside of your booking reservation such as climate, clothing, transport etc is given in good faith but without any responsibility on our part.
14) Complaints:
We endeavour to offer high quality service and achieve total client satisfaction for all of our “tailormade” holidays. If you are not entirely satisfied with the service offered by us, you should notify our staff immediately with any complaints you may have. We shall use all reasonable efforts to rectify any situation giving rise to a complaint in as short a time as possible. If the problem cannot be rectified during your holiday, you should contact us in writing within 14 days of the end of your holiday and we will investigate the complaint and use all reasonable efforts to resolve the matter.
15) Law and Jurisdiction:
These Terms and Conditions and all matters arising there from are subject to Spanish Law and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish Courts.
